At lvl 60, should i AoE spiders or cranes?

and at lvl 60, would a 40 stam, rest dex build get me killed fast? cuz i was checking the officials, and people there say 60 stam is very very good, but thats the exact opposite of what ppl say here

and would it be fine if i didn't use a gbow?

and for the oska, should i get it highly upgraded? or just a +5 would be OK?

Well, since you don`t have a Gbow you might have a few problem with Cranes. But as long as you have a FS and you elemented the suit i`m pretty sure you can take it.

There`s no much difference between the 60 and 40 sta build, but by personal experience...i`d take the 40 sta build and bad case get +6 stamrings.

If you have plugs+4 and up, and all the other equips you`ll probably do fine without Gbow.

And...about your Oska.
Oska is mostly upgraded for the blockrate. That means +6/+8/+10 are best. +6 is really nice for leveling, +8 is really good, and with a +10 Oska...you`ll get some divined AoEing abilities.

o_o rangers do fine with blues at lvl 60 and 40 sta should be fine. i had 45 sta then and the 5sta was much of a big difference. as for what to aoe that depends. you could check everything from elders to cranes at 60 and see how it goes. i think i started mixing elders and piders then though.

Just a tiny note, back then I just did the lv60 quests and directly went to Cranes as a 62-er ;3

All ranger sets are hard to find. +6 is easy to reach though, from +5 to +6 usually takes me 1-4 spros per piece.

i made my ranger a bit before v6. at the time we only had green up to 45 and those quests either didn't exist or just not many people knew about them. i can't remember which.

You COULD grind with unupgraded Oska till you`ll get money...but you`ll level way slower.

You could grind with a +3 set, in which you could buy all the parts of the Oska set yourself, then upgrade with sunstones.

If you're talking about the NPC sets, which tend to cost a tiny pinch (Lv 59 set is like ~3mil total from the NPC) then you just need to make money.

I wouldn't recommend trying to make money with the ranger, rather, make a character specifically for gianting. Sure, it'll take awhile to get another character to 60, but if you don't get the money now, you won't get far on your ranger.

You can get to 75 without a G.bow, it's not that hard, you just need an assist/RM with max heal. In fact, it's pretty much a requirement to have a healer at Lv 60 (granted you can AoE solo at 60 but it's harder, and only gets harder later on with a 40 sta build).

HOw is a 60 stam build? Many rangers go with 60 stam builds..and would soloing be possible? and from lvl 60 onwards, how many lvls can i solo for before i totally need a FS?

i want to be a tanker..would fighting elders at lvl 60 be OK for a soloer? or i should rephrase that..If i was a soloer, would elders be easy enough for me?

60 stam is the absolute most stamina you should have if you're going for a generic build. And I would estimate that you could solo to about 68~70 before you go mad from dying and/or slow experience because of no party bonus.
