According to the newsletter right under the double Gpots bonus (nobody posted it here...), all of the servers now get 1.5x exp.

As for Lawolf and Demain, they shouldn't go down to 1.5x. It says in the news that you guys should still be getting 2x exp.

This is almost definitely out of Gpotato/gala's fear of losing many customers. They must attract people with more events, like 30% off instead of 10%, and huge GP overload events like this one.
