From Friday until Monday moonstones will be dropping at a higher rate than usual.

Stock up on food, go train, and prepare to be bombarded with moonstones! Last weekend it was sunstones, this weekend as an addition to the bonus event we give you a chance to stock up on moonstones for all of your upgrading needs.

Not Event Moonstones, no. You can't sell them, mail them, trade them, or put them in your bank.
