The Mercrack AoE Ringmaster INTRODUCTION:
Welcome to the second edition of my guide for the Mercrack AoE Ringmaster. Within this guide you will find information on how to build your Ringmaster, what sort of gear to invest in and upgrade, the type of awakenings to shoot for, and the pets that will be most useful to you, and when.
The last guide was designed for those who were financially well off, level 95 or higher, and with an advanced sense of AoEing. This guide is different, and includes information for every Ringmaster, starting from level 60 on up.
For all those of you who are just joining the realm of the AoE Ringmaster, the method described in this guide is not for those who want a relaxing cruise in the Caribbean. The method can be taxing for some, adrenaline pumping for others. It takes much more attention to detail than the Merkaba-only AoE variants, as you will constantly be changing your weapons to maximize the damage you deal to maximize your leveling. The biggest trademark of this method is that we use both Burst Crack and Merkaba in our AoEing.
I will say now that if you fear death in-game, and prefer the much safer alternative of Merkaba-only AoEing, it would be best to hit the back button on your browser and ignore this method.
With that out of the way, I present to you the Mercrack AoE Ringmaster.
No, no, the guide logo. lol, I have a pro Photobucket account menz, I host everything else there. <_>
Anything 100x100 pixels will do, otherwise it won't be accepted, as I last recall.
Nice guide btw, I recalled it from the officials, title sounded familiar. xD

Thanks~ ^^
And that's the thing. ;_;
It is 100x100, it's been .gif, .jpg and .png... but in FF, IE, and Chrome, it's hit a brick wall and won't upload. /tear
I'm not sure if it's just because I have slight lag, or if it's supposed to be this way but I prefer my action slot with two Burst Cracks rather than three. When I use three, the last...like 1-2 Burst Cracks are the only damaging thing, and Merkaba has uncooled for a couple seconds already. This, to me, seems like a waste of time for maxing out your damage. >_< But it may be just because of my conditions or whatever, I dunno.
I also wouldn't suggest using HP, over DEF, myself. o_o I've tested 28% DEF and 28% HP in a +8 Rimyth Set with a few different types of builds, against a wide variety of monster types and in a wide variety of level ranges. Each time DEF made AoEing easier than HP... Or the observation I moreso made, was that the DEF allowed the monster's damage to be able to hit Prevention, while HP did not. And also, general tanking was easier. I don't know if maybe I'm missing exactly what you mean by HP over DEF... I would've recorded the observations but I never figured I'd need them, it was just for personal observation but I figured I'd post what I observed here. =o (See below for update on this thing)
Very nice guide, though. I hope more people go Mercrack.
EDIT: Now that I think about it, I actually see the point of view of why HP is better for the purpose of the guide... HP is better because you're probably going to be having a Healer. I think 28% HP gave me like 5k extra HP at 120 over my DEF suit, or something like that. DEF is better when you're trying to get mobs to Prevention or you're soloing... Or if you're against mobs that are close to your level. DEF can also be for mobs that are far away from your level so you can get their damage to the minimum. Nevermind what I said before, lol.

Hmm, with this guide at my side, maybe I will make an AoE RM.... (After I get my BP to 71 >_<)
EDIT: Just curious, in the skills section, why do you need max Circle Healing if you have Max heal rain? (Maybe that was just show skill path, but it sort of implied [to me] that Circle heal had to be max)

Reason: Forgot Something
Kira's RM is a Master, so he has all the skills maxed. His guide only requires the top and bottom rows to be developed. The top row for prev, and the bottom row for Stonehand and Burst Crack.
And the build has no use for Circle Heal OR Heal Rain. It's a pure fighting build, so everything that's not offensive that's learned is just on the way to the skills that are directly used in the AoEing.
The one who can help me to figure out how to put that in the logo slot will be thanked greatly. Because nothing I've tried works... and it's ridiculous. D:
