There are some notes you must look at

1) There are some mobs that UN-AOE-Able The ones that :
a. Have Ranged attacks
b. Run away when Low HP
These guys Are Un-AOE-able YOu cant AOE on them
2) Flying Mobs aren't that good for you !
3) As an STR AOE BP you can Kill Giants and PvP well too
4) DO NOT ADD INT AND DEX for ANY reason
5) Have Fun while playing

For the best of use :

Get an assist to help you with a FS RM with you , you wont have to stop to buff or heal or anything
do not party unless the party has some FS or Other AOE Classes!

Alright,

You should go more indept on on your guide, like: Why it is better then say the int-sta build, what armour to use.
etc. etc.
For now its a good start

Not a good guide, first off all don't write 'This is My First guide' for example. It is really annoying to read, also, use one color please.
Fix some errors, just check your last page comparison. You write about str, but you mean int-build.

Also, include pics and then you might actually know the pro off a int build is that you level faster. It's casted faster and you have higher damage potentionally.

Also stuff like 'These guys Are Un-AOE-able YOu cant AOE on them' is false.
You can AoE on them, it just sucks, which is different. It's better to write 'you shouldn't AoE on these'.
Basically, i can go on.

Just read your guide again and edit it. Make it more pleasant to read and educational.
And Everyone who says that STR AOE SUCKs at lvl 60 HE is Wrong !
you'll be a bit slower but you'll get there Quickly !
<Not eductional for any newbie.

You should show the difference between a int BP and str BP.
Check this thread and don't forgot to ask them and credit them when you do use the pics
And please, do make a screen shot off the skill tree.

You are making this guide for newbies, they might not even know what AoE means.
So be sure to keep that in the back off your mind, make it easy for them to read.
Which i said stop using so much colors, this isn't a parade. It's a guide for finding the info and after reading your guide, everyone should be 'Oke, i want to be this' or 'No, that is for me' instead off being more confussed then ever.

Well, from personal experience with AoE bps dating back to v7, I'd like to mention a few things.

For equips, npc stuff will do till 60. just element correspondingly (I'd just go for the element your target mobs are weak at - for lower dmg, or their own element - for 0-dmg hits)
Lv 60 set for the hp bonus when you can equip it and green sets from now on. At 7x you'll probably save money for an Azria ticket, so element accordingly.

For skill order, I'd max stonehand right after either Beef or Burst, whichever you decide to max first out of those two - in order to receive minimum damage from mobs, which allows you to aoe more mobs at an earlier stage.

Regarding which AoEs to use, the 2 Billposter AoE have more potential than Burst Crack. Piercing Serpent would be a good skill to use for Str-based AoE chars, though you need to align your mobs first; this AoE skill only damages mobs in front or behind you, not sideways too.
Bgvur, however, gets more damage per stat point than either Burst Crack or Piercing Serpent. Although all 3 AoE skills can stun, Bgvur is preferred (in spite of the need to add int rather than str) because it has the following advantages:
-although it uses int rather than str, you get more damage per int point than either BC or PS per str point;
-you do not need a target; you can just spam it again and again without worrying about auto-attacking or losing target lock whenever a masquerpet dies, so your aoe goes uninterrupted every time;
-you can AoE acro-based chars while they're in DI if you know where they are;
-it can be action slotted, just like the other two aoes;
-you get longer buffs with the int you pump for this aoe;
-it's the quickest to cast out of all assist/BP aoes.

Main disadvantage would be that for melee, you will have to get some good demols/vigor rings to switch to.

This is a pretty good guide for a first timer.
As long as your dont make each page have a rainbow of colors its not really unreadable :P

I suggest pictures as everyone said. Maybe even explain what each skill does.
I dont know about you but back when I played I usually ammused myself with the BP skills using the tickets/papers/whatever they were called (sorry Ive lost most of y mentallity on this game).
