So. This is now on MeiMei's http://www.flyffworld.com/forums/t82283/ page. She thought it'd be a good idea to post it here, too. (Since this is, of course, the Screenshot & Video Discussion forum)
I'll eventually upload it somewhere for high res downloads as well.

i use arrow rain first since it is the strongest and it is a DoT. Which means rain will be dmging mobs while you use ur other skills
2nd i use fire for the fact that it is the 2nd strongest and is also a DoT therefore you will have 2 skills dmging ur mob simutaniously
3rd i use peircing cuase it is stronger then ice
4th i will use ice again
then i fill in with peircing and ice
and I cast Rain whenever possible
and i keep the fire dot on them all the time

x_x My Flame Arrow does more damage than my Arrow Rain, but either way, in my opinion.. To maximize your damage, you have to start off with Fire Arrow first. I'm not really sure why the skill with the shortest cooldown would help you AoE more efficiently D: Anyway, I go with..
You'll see that most skills take about the same amount of time, but the more you cast Flame Arrow and Arrow Rain, the higher your total damage is, so you have to try and use them as much as you can. ~And the only way you can do that is by starting off with Flame.
Oh, and Arrow Rain's cooldown is 10 seconds, isn't it? And Ice arrow slightly slows down targets (~10%?) at about 50% success rate again.

Cool video though x3 It looks really well-made.
Oh is it 10 secs? I talked with Mei while working on this, we came to the conclusion that it was 20 because it felt like a long time x_x I'll double check on that. That part of the video I can fix.
Unfortunately, because of time span between the first half of the video and the second half (I did the first part a couple months ago and set the project down) I can't edit anything before the AoE demonstration. I was aware of the Ice Arrow thing, but I wasn't sure how to address it. x_x I stayed up for hours finishing this video up (and fixing random typos, like "teh") and until I get some free time on my hands, it'll just have to stay as is.
And I wanna thank all the rangers that commented for not going ballistic on me D; I had this gnawing feeling that someone was gonna bash me but I was surprised how everyone commented and posted their own opinions.
Thanks for the support guys ^-^ I like the approach of a "video tutorial/guide" so if I ever get as intimately aquainted with any classes like I have my ranger, I might try to do something for them, too. As far as I know, though, this was the only subject I felt very strongly about, because people asked me about it so much.
Nice video, it will really help starters. However, the skill order is totally random and different from each player since Ice was nerfed.
I think just about every ranger has their own style. My video is only my opinion, my suggestion, hence the "Kinneko's Method" note I put in.
I remember when I was a lower leveled ranger, I only hit skills when the timers ran out. My sequence was completely random and I often found myself stumbling over which skills to shoot next. If you have a strict sequence to use them, it makes things a lot easier.
There are a couple of other sequences that have already been suggested. It's up to you to find your niche and decide how you want to AoE.
