The Acrobat Family Guide (Version 7)

Default Soon to be Yoyo Jester

Now this class is widely played. Yoyo acros are all about crits and knockbacks if I am not mistaken. Be careful when playing against these guys because you can end up dead on the ground in a matter of seconds. I will lay out the stat distribution for these guys now!

lvl 15:
Str:30
Sta:15
Dex:28
Int:15

lvl 16-30: Go 2:1 Str : Dex to reach dex destination of 63 at lvl 60
Str:47
Sta:15
Dex:38
Int:15

lvl 31-42:Go full dex to your dex destination of 60
Str:47
Sta:15
Dex:63
Int:15

lvl 42-55:Go full Sta if you want to pvp/guild war/clockwork good and survive
Str:47
Sta:40
Dex:63
Int:15

lvl 56-60:Go full Str if you want good damage
Str:57
Sta:40
Dex:63
Int:15

Now this is the build I recommend. It has very high damage and defence but not that fast. The speed is reasonable however. Yoyo Jesters to-be are one of my favorite classes because of their crit. Now I'm a critical kind of guy because its a knockback which means more shots without being touched.

Skills Needed To Be Mastered By Lvl 60:
Counter
Deadly Swing
CrossLine
Perfect Block
Yoyo Mastery(Optional)

It's good, but the "acros are the best class evar!11!" tone is quite off setting =_='

Well, is 60 sta really neccesary for a AoE Ranger? im thinking of doing one since they are the best AoE class, and i just have melee ones @_@...

at later lvls you will get so much Blockrate, is the 60 sta for earlier lvls and is it good to go more dex at later ones? (like the famous restat lvl 90 lol)

60 sta makes it hard to die. At low levels you barely have much blockrate. But 60 is just my opinion you could go 45 sta or 50 but if you do you need to food a lot maybe 3 stars per AoE mob.

ok^__^ Well, AoEing isnt very effective without Fs, and i like sniffing them out so to say xD, so a little less Sta for me i guess

Something you outta know.
There are even some AoE rangers that go full Dex. But they have +8-+10 items and are very effective.

The guide is (of course) pretty, as is the picture. Becoming an acrobat these days is considerably easier, though.

-You only need to kill 10 small aibatts now. I've heard a lot of people say there's a time limit, but the drillmaster didn't say anything about that for me. I didn't exactly waste time, though.

-You only need to get 10 Twinkle stones. Havin said that though, that's virtually impossible for those of us who didn't pay them any mind until level fifteen. My friend tipped me off that I could start a new character on the same server and use them to get the stones, then mail them to myself. Not useful if you've filled up the server, but if you don't mind deleting a character...

Don't make the assumption that BJs are the best class. Ok, they level fast until lvl 75 but then they begin to slow down there. Then most classes outdamage BJs by lvl 90, particularly blades. The only thing good about BJs at this stage is that they rarely get hit, BUT their damage output won't be as good as other classes. So you're statement saying "Now bowJesters are the best and I mean best 1vs1 class" is pretty much BS. Saying there are one of the most powerful class since they rarely get hit (note that I didnt say "the best") would make the guide sound less biased. Also, not all BJs restat to yoyo at 105. Some do, some dont.

In your yocro section, you say you should max deadly swing o_O which isn't what I'd recommend since its non action slot like autoshot because of cooldown, the effects aren't as good as xline (stun>bleed imo and xline has a higher probablity than deadly swing I believe) and you're not going to use it after lvl 60, which is 32 skill points wasted by then. Stick to xline spamming and put the points in DI or fast walker (or save them for jester skills).

For your skills section, give commentary on each skill. For example, this could be your commentary for pulling: "Pulling is a very useful skill to separate agro mobs from non-agro mobs. It can also be used if the mob you are fighting is knocked back too much so you don't have to chase the mob all over the continent."

For your job change section, you could post screenshots which show the location you're talking about. You can also post screenshots of the quest window when you did the job change if you took any.

Builds section seems fine to me. You could include the 83 dex build (yoyo) as well. However I would recommend putting all the ranger builds on one page and all the jester builds on another page instead of a separate page for each build.

Overall, fair guide. Could also include a PVP/PK section if possible.

Lol k ill make it sound less biased. The reason i told readers to switch at lvl 105 is because yoyo jesters start leveling very very fast(though it may take days since its lvl 105) I cant put screen shots of me becoming an acro because I didnt capture the pictures when I did. the reason i did not put in descriptions of skills is because the page is long as it is. I also said that mastering deadly swing is optional.
