So a couple of weekends ago I decided to actually level my blade to 99.99%. After an hour or so the servers decided to take a gigantic dump on the community. After a few minutes they came back up and many people were in town at the death spawn. I looked and noticed that I had died, but my tiger also died. Because why the hell does a hero blade need a pet with lives anyway? Even if I disconnect from my own side my axe will keep me healed up until I disconnect.
It's not about the money I've put into this game over the years I've been playing. It's not about the fact that my tiger died. I could resurrect it in a couple of weeks using failed pets. Their hardware failed, it caused people to lose money on their investments. The problem is they are not accepting responsibility for the results of their faulty hardware.
I'm not asking for a free item or an item to be restored from a hack, scam, mistake. I'm asking for them to fix a problem that was caused by their own servers. In my opinion it is a company's responsibility to provide a service such as this.
The server crash ended up killing my tiger. No big deal right? It only costs 50 bucks in gpots or about 400-500mil to resurrect a tiger. But since it's no fault of my own I decided to mail the local game master.

Being that it costs a ridiculous amount of money to ressurect a pet at S rank I'm simply asking for you guys to restore it for me and also the Blessing Scroll that I lost due to dying from the server instability. Thanks for reading. Hope to hear back from you very soon.

That hardly seems like good customer service to me. I'm not sure if you play flyff or are familiar with how this game works, but that tiger is worth around three billion penya on my server. It would cost me 5k gpotatoes ($50) to resurrect my pet. I've been playing flyff for over three years now, and I've spent thousands of dollars with your company. I refuse to pay for something that is not my fault.

Dear valued Flyff Player,
Thank you for contacting us.
While we understand this is a frustrating situation, it is with great regret that we are unable to help you.
We are working to possibly amend this in future cases, however, it is simply not within our current restoration policy to be able to provide such service.
We apologize again for the inconvenience.
Sincerely,
Flyff GM Team
Gala-Net Inc.
3 billion penya isn't just an inconvenience.(The Cost of my tiger) That's more than most players will ever see. Hell, even the 1 billion that it would cost to resurrect my tiger is more than most players ever see. I'm not asking for an item restoration. I'm simply asking for you to resurrect my tiger to it's previous condition before the server crash. It would take you literally 30 seconds. I give you the tiger, you bring it back to life and give it back. You're not giving me anything, just fixing it.
They haven't responded to me since then. I doubt they ever will. So with that I'm not going to give them any more of my time. At least for now, I'm too busy playing Left 4 Dead anyway. See you guys around sometimes. Peace.

lololol. so every time the server crashes nothing happened because its not int here "policy". They don't even need to pay to restore it. They just log in-game and give it a revive.
Gala fails yet AGAIN.

I think they have a quotes or something for every complaint they get on a clipboard so they can simply copy and paste for e-mail replies.
And yes once again Gala fails.

No fucking shit Einstein! And they gave me similar shit about my axe, was also entirely their fault. See if you can catch a GM ingame and talk to them personally, tends to get better results than a shitty ticket system where you have no idea who you're talking to

At least you get a response. I've sent so many e-mails that I've lost count, and even PM's on the forums. I've only received one reply, and that was because I pm'd Ziji on the forums, to which he replied that will definitely help, etc, and review it. I didn't hear from him again.
It's quite annoying when it's a legitimate case of being hacked by TD. This was a contributing factor to me quitting.

customer service is shit for flyff
There was a tiny bug makeover scroll bug (You get one for free at one point) on Perfect World, that even though it was a free item I still got a replacement scroll. That took under two weeks

So you've spent thousands of dollars on this game and yet you can't break $50 to revive it? That, or you could just take 3 random shitty S-Class pets and revive it that way. Your whole situation seems frivolous.
It's not like you lost +20 Demols, a 1/3/5/7/8 Tiger with Adoch awakening on it. That stuff costed over $2,000 to make and they won't restore it for my friend by which he lost it in a rollback due to their technical issues on their side which caused it. I hardly see that as fair. Your situation, however, is easily mendable, either by gpots or in-game method.

Just quit flyff.
Or stop shelling out gpotatos
What I found that helped me (personally) was transfering the ammount I intended to spend at any given date (if there was an 'urge' to do so) towards my savings account.
