We know that itís been a long time since the last Maintenance and we also know that we havenít answered all questions recently.
First of all, we would like to assure you that even if weíve been a little quiet regarding the current situation, we havenít forgotten about you! We have been watching this forum daily, trying to find a way to understand and organize its sections. More importantly, we worked on all the questions you have asked about on many different topics (our support, the maintenances, the events, the cash shop, Webzen, the new content, etc.) to be able to provide you the best answers possible (we didnít want to take the risk of giving you unconfirmed information early that might later turn out to be untrue).
Today, at last, we can get back to you with some real news meaning that we finally have all the tools we need to answer all those tricky topics. Fortunately, that also means that from now, we will be more present and contactable on this forum (yeah!).
What about the Maintenance?
We have resolved the technical issues preventing us from being able to patch the US servers! Be ready Flyffers because you may have an update in the next week (pending testing). This update will include every update and fix we had on our EU servers for the last 3 months!
What about your events?
ē Scripted Event (Gala Lab): We canít implement any scripted events until April. Nevertheless, we have already planned to provide you a whole new bunch of events! We also would like to get to know you better (which kind of event you like, donít like) and will conduct a survey related to your future events very soon!
ē Contest (GMs): You will be able to participate to all the contests we will develop for you and all the European players.
ē In-game event (GM): As we have a time difference of 5 to 8 hours between GMT and PST , we canít really organize anything in-game. We are looking into solutions for this, but unfortunately donít have any to offer at the moment. Suggestions on this matter are welcome (invasion at night ?)
What about the Shop?
As soon as we have run the maintenance on your servers, we will be able to provide you with new offers in the Shop. If youíre interested, we would like to conduct another survey dedicated to the shop (which kind of items and special offers would you like to have, etc.). For any players familiar with both the US and EU services, we would definitely like to know what your favourite/least favourite aspects of each.
What about the Support?
The support hasnít stopped. The address and associated details are still valid but this service has been really slowed down during the handover due to volume of queries. If youíve been waiting for a long time for a reply and we would like to apologize for this inconvenience. We advise you to not send another request if your last one hasnít been answered yet and to use the forum when you have a general issue (not related to your personal account). Donít hesitate to post in the [Unofficial] Technical Support Forum for any technical issue.

What changes should we expect to see as a result of the Webzen merger?
There will be no negative impact on Flyff as a result of the merger with Webzen whatsoever. On the contrary: It means that we will have access to more resources and a bigger pool of skilled people to help us give you the best gameplay experience possible!
What about the Facebook Page?
Our Facebook page will not replace our forum. We understand that some of you tried to get updates via Facebook during the last few month, however, Facebook is a social media dedicated to share fun contents such as video, screenshots, etc. We do not offer support for account specific issues via private message/wall posts on Facebook, since this medium is not secure.
What about the private messages on the forum?
We prefer not to use them. Weíd rather give answers for generic queries to everybody on the forum at once, rather than giving the same answer multiple times in private messages.
