You don't get a restat scroll even now :x .. it's actually a reskill scroll given at lvl 15.

Well psy EQ is pretty cheap atm.

So I would say 130-150Mil for the set, and around 60mil for the ancient

Wow that's really low! I know psy equip is cheap cus not many ppl are psy.. but it still seems hard to find for me.. he wants 250m for it and I'm thinking about taking it.. or am I better off waiting?

I would actually go for it. The Cards where around 40mil, and even just 50 spros is around 250mil on Lawolf
