I've a few questions.

Does the new monsters have very high blockrates that it will get hard to 1v1?

I readed somewhere in this threat that every bp skill is an party skill.
Does that mean that when a bp uses a skill ever party member gets (for example) 45% crit rate?

No idea about the new continent monsters, but the Behemoth Boss has a higher block rate than Kheldor (lol). The azria mobs have 33.5-55% block rate apparently, and to answer your question, providing they are within range of the BP and are in the party, yes they get 45% crit.

Oh wow, this could be interesting. 100% crit should be pretty common for melee classes now then.
