re-skill question? -

do you get a re-skill when you level up to 60, or is it only when you level up to 15? Also, I tried to sell it in a shop so that my other character could buy it the other day and it wouldn't let me, but I saw someone else selling a re-skill in their shop before? why do you think I can't I sell mine but they can?

You only get re-skill when you get lvl 15 and most everybody waits till they are second class before thinking bout using it, and you can't sell it since the one you get at 15 is event and you cant sell or trade it to either people, and the one you saw was more than likely a cash shop re-skill which can be sold/traded, hope that helps to clarify things
