I haven't actually read it completely, but snatch doesn't really steals penya from people.
and the max you can gain is 800 penya with 1 snatch I think.
not true i got lev 40 or 41 arco(dont play that 1 alot so dont no) he got snach highest i ever got was 2k lowest 800 u thought wrong
Based on the game's mechanics, it is literally impossible to steal 10m from someone, unless your like a god at packet editing/recourse hacking. Resource hacking is almost impossible now though, and packet editing requires lots of experience, and based on your guide, it doesn't look like you have it =P
