First Job: Several Choices
Second Job: Two to Three choices.
Third Job: One choices which acts as an advancement of your second job.

then whats the point of a 3rd job if you only get a new classname and new skills/sets, and maybe a changed hp/mp/fp modifier

might aswell keep the current ones and add some skills, sets and change some values
