Flyff Crashed and Run as admin doesnt work

I was playing flyff and alt + tab'd and half my screen went white then flyff crashed. Now everytime i try to run any program as admin after clicking yes/ok nothing pops up. Its happened to my cousin and he had to system restore.
But it also seems like the npggNT.des file aswell as the npggNT64.des files cant be deleted in the gameguard folder. Im not sure whats going on and would really like some help.

Try to uninstall the game and delete everything. Then reinstall.
