Both are useful for that, although elementors help the most. I mean, eles can AoE mobs from a range, their hero skill decreases the target's magic defense by half (meaning you can do double damage), their skills are elemented ones and their current end-game staff adds more attack power than the psykeeper's wand, so it allows them to deal more damage as well.
Psykeepers are very good too though, since their main skill can deal similar damage to the Elementor's damage. They are just more of an 1v1 class when it comes down to farming bosses like that, unlike elementors, that can AoE and debuff the mob for a higher damage too.
So for the Wilds and Savage Wilds, you can choose whichever class you want and it will be fine. Don't forget that psykeepers need their MP full for the max damage, so if you make one, you'll need a refresher hold whenever you're attacking (unless you can kill fast enough and the damage won't drop too much).
For the Aminus and Cursed Aminus dungeons, especially in the Cursed one (cause the elementor might have their hero skill), elementors will help the most 'cause they can AoE the mobs in the way + the mobs (including the boss) are "Earth" elemented, what allows them to use their main AoE skill Windfield.
As for Kheldor, the one inside the Hero dungeon, a psykeeper would work the best as the damage dealer (the boss is "Fire" elemented, so elementors definetly can't use Windfield; could use magician skills or the Earth AoE though), but an elementor would still be useful to spam Cursed Mind (hero skill).
