Hrm, still works for me on IE. It might be either your region or your ISP interfering in some way, though there isn't anything I can do to check it or fix it. Whatever the case, I've uploaded it to an alternate location, hopefully you can download from there.

Hey there
This will be my first time actually taking the time to build good characters. I am pretty much brain dead when it comes to what I want, etc. I want to [eventually] have every character, but I want to [of course] do it one at a time.
Is there any suggestions on good builds for Ele. or Psy?
