Just went down memory lane, and all the hard work that was done to create this community brought tears to my eyes. So many amazing things and everyone was awesome!

Never got attached to a site quite the same way again. It doesn't really help that while the internet has grown in use it's became noticeably smaller in terms of where all the traffic is aimed at. Giants have absorbed all the attention and niche sites like flyffworld that once thrived have sadly been left in the past.

Everything's a twitter community, discord or subreddit now and as someone who came into the internet with forums it's been sad to see but at least the fw memories will always be a thing.

Amazing that this is online again. Back in April I actually did some digging to find an email address connected to Tor in which I proposed paying for the upkeep for a month or so just so I could revisit some old posts.

I'm also amazed that FW is online again. There was a time several years ago when I was trying to search for something which was related to Flyff, remembered FW, but all the links were broken from here. Also amazed that several recognisable faces still remember their account details to be able to make a post on here, even 10+ years later.

It's honestly nice to see that despite a huge length of time passing, the nostalgia of the game we once played at that time still remains.

I barely really even played the game, remember struggling to get to 75 or whatever it was to use the..hyper weapon or something, and just spending so, so much of my time on here. 13 years, longer than many of my friendships that's for sure. 2007...I was in grade 7, damn.

And yea, a lot of the car forums and whatnot that I used to frequent are half dead/fully dead these days too

+1 to how much it costs to keep this site running, might be able to chip in
