Adept Set

I'm going for the Adept Set to get a nice -20% DCT and some AoE INT Damage.

But I have a few questions before I buy this set:

1) What the hell is Spell Maximizing +20%?

2) Does the 20% DCT already work?

3) Do the earrings apply for Bvgur damage?

1. It does nothing. It was supposed to increase damage to skills by 20%, but it doesn't work, probably won't do for a very long time, the code on the earrings still shows an attempt to make spell crit % work, lol.

2. 20% DCT does work yes.

3. No idea, probably?

I just need to know about the Bvgur aspect because that will be decisive whether I will buy it or not.

Can anyone confirm that the earrings add damage to bvgur?
