Well its all down to prefence really, the best way I can tell you is to use trial and error method.
Usually what I did was to first pierce my set, then without inserting any card I would try AoEing. Depending if I got minimum damage (I.E blocked hits and normal hits are the same) I would go for attack, where-as If I got a difference in blocked hits and normal hits I would slot one card into defence and try again. Rinse and repeat till my set was fully pierced:lol:


As for PvP, done to preference, but I would follow this simple rule.

If your build is more of a stam based build (i.e 70int Rest Stam) I would go for a HP pierce as this would be more useful. The reason is due to the fact you will gain a large chunk of HP compare to a little bit of damage difference.

If your build is more of an Int based build (i,e 30sta rest int), I would go for an attack rate pierce as this would add more to your damage than would gain HP tbh.

First depends on how you want to AoE, its your own decision really but if you go a build most people find ways to make any build work.

Well I'll make it simple. Do you have penya/money to spend on your psy.

If not, keep with the traditional builds (i.e 50int rest stam), the reason your defence due to the lack of highly upgraded eq. I would say not to risk failing in leveling your psy due to the fact you couldn't 'AoE' effectively, hence you need the defence rate given by high stam.

If you do, you can go for the more extreme builds (i.e full int AoE'ing), you have the money to spend to make your EQ to +8/+10. This makes you not require as much base stam due ot the fact you get a HP % bonus and also you get more defence rate do to having a higher +'ed set. So you can afford to have a higher int build, due to not need that little extra stamina for that def rate
