Good guide, cause I'm an assist and I'm annoyed by those ppl who want buffs...
Add this: If the assist is not in a FULL breeze set (helmet, suit, gaunt, boot) or above NEVER ask him/her, cause its likely that they are not L18 and do not know Mental Sign and Patience.
