Syberos: It depends on what character you want to play later on, unless you have the money lying around to buy a restat scroll. I personally find bowcros easier to play (yoyos are too annoying with the knockback). Also, depending on whether or not you go bow or yoyo, your stats vary greatly.

I'd start with something like 25 Sta and the rest into Dex if you were going bowcro. People leave refreshers on the ground and sell them for pretty cheap a lot of the time so you don't have to worry about pot costs or Int.
