Note people do define full support differently. I don't know why, but adding sta or not is personal peference. Another way to increase hp is to level, and that's how full intel tank cw at very later levels. Of course, by that time, they will have hp boosting equips already.

So the little guide I wrote may cause some conflict. But if one uses my hybrid build they can as well say they are fs and still heal well, which is different from the build yurilopes uses. In my opinion if you put more than 50 points elsewhere other than intel then rest int, then it's a definite hybrid. Aoes don't want hybrids with too little intel (ie 60+ points on somewhere else), which mean that you will end up supporting only 1 on 1 players, which a battle RM can do.

About yuril's guide:
Oh.. forgot to add, that people love holycross and gt. Without holycross and gt an rm is just like a bp. Stick of rori suck because of the lack of hp bonus, and 15 sta will let you die fast within a hit in mines without the hp bonus, or with a bow jester that fights mobs 10 levels above. (rofl at my lv.72 15 sta restatted brm). Mp does not matter once you turn RM, since you get a nice boost. With refreshers in handy you will be fine.

If you are really short at points then get gt max first. Res is handy when the fighter dies, so get it to lv.1 too.
