Depends on what hybrid build you want. Anyways if you really want to be a good supporter, the rule of thumb is, that you cannot have str even as a hybrid if you want to have more stats on int.

This build enables you to have enough speed and accuracy to fight if you need to, while being good at support. Like full int you need some good hp boosting equips to survive.

Str: 15
Sta: 15-20
Dex: 61 (81 with max cannon)
Int: rest

This build is the typical mass sta build. Without a high + set you are going to hit misses half of the time. With that amount of sta, you basically never need to pot when you fight monsters at your level. (not sure about the desert mobs, but at that level you either restat to battle or have a partner already) With this build you can tank aggros in mines without any hp boosting equips. The cheap man's build. Still an fs build, but it does lean towards tanking.

Dex: 15
Int: rest

This build will only classify you as a battle build with more int. Well, at least, you have 10 seconds more gt and sf duration than a pure battle build lol.
