I have tryed lots of bps builds and i can say to u that a 43 dex bp (with max cannon ball) using Guardian Knuckle will reach 96% atack speed at level 60 after job change quest.
Anda 79 DEX Bp will have 100% in same conditions.
Why have 83 DEX (with cannon) for speed purposes?
