well depends if u wanna go AoE or 1v1...( since i dont kno jack about psy i jus tell you about ele xD) Well if u goin AoE then leave int for a while and pump sta...if u feel u need more damage uncap in and add ( advice: dont go over 70 int) then pump sta for dear life.

If your goin 1v1 then i think u should add 1:1=sta:int to your build ever lvl til sta is about 40-50 (45 works good) and then pump int.
