19 skills * 10lvls * 3pts per lvl=570
pts needed for mage requirements+max blink=240
240+570=810
lvl needed for a new ele to achieve this = lvl104 (816sp)
max sp an NEW ele can get = 928
While I think its a waste to max all the 1v1s early on, I do think its needed to max a couple to get to 65. Also, I find the 1v1s more helpful than the lvl 70 aoes so I'd probably max them before the 70 aoes.
