50 str is more than enough to last you to 70 or even more.
Get at least 20 sta or you'll have a very hard time lvling near 60 and above. 40-50 sta is good for AoEing at 65.
You'll need all the dex you can get.. = Fast aspd and more evade(when they implement this of course, my blade sucked because it's not implemented.)

I'll reccomend some builds..

1Str : 1Sta, with at least 30 dex, common knight wannabe build.
1Dex : 1Sta, good tanking build.
1Str : 1Dex good attacker but very weak against monster attacks(especially crits).
1Str : 1 Dex with at least 20 or 30 sta, same as above but can survive better.

My build was 50Str, 30Sta and almost 100Dex at lvl 65.
