Full str BP ftw? Angel Knuck and +8-10 set + Accuracy = how much hit rate? GT + Haste = how much aspd? I forgot...
At any rate, I don't see any comparison between a Str BP and Dex BP in your guide, so you might want to add some information regarding that. You might also want to try a Dex BP for yourself before giving your biased thoughts about the Str BP. Try it with a Historic Knuckle and a full Talin/Sayram set; it gives an insane 23% critical rating right there. Add an awakened shield with +whatever% crit and you have that much more crit.
I have no idea why you have more than four levels of Patience and three levels of Quick Step, but note that that isn't really advisable. Unless you're fond of wasting skill points for something that is insignificant. You should also max out Mental Sign as you can lengthen your buffs, but that's just another preference.
