You've pretty much hit what's happening, on Mia at least,spot on. A few people received access to literally banks full of Perin, and decided to give it out to friends to "help" them since things were getting too expensive...which resulted in prices going up even more and ruining things for anyone that didn't receive the hacked penya. Go go fucking up the flyff economy yet again.
