You know I wouldn't be surprised. If I was them and wanted to screw over gala, the best way to do it would be to raise the penya/gp ratio so high no one in game could afford it, it would basically kill the cash shop.

That actually wouldn't work, since it'd tempt a lot of CS users into buying CS to get penya, or push some people into buying it from the CS themselves due to lack of penya/high prices for CS stuff.
