Unless for PvP, BJs won`t need defense, cause they have higher block modifier than Rangers+PB and all the other crap Rangers can get :3...but yeah, that`s the only thing Rangers with 100% crits and 40% c. damage will do better than BJs with 100% crits and 80% c. damage.
