I think it's extremely immature to make fun of people who will be needing the tutorial. Everyone is a noobie to begin with, and when new people join Flyff, it's nice to have the basics explained to them when they start out.
As for rangers in v12, I think we really just need to wait 'til Tuesday to determine what impact the update is going to have on us.
