For the protocol, cheer doesn`t matter. All cheer does is 1.1x EXP (a little gift for grindh0ars, grind for 45 hours and get 10 minutes of 1.1x exp :3)...
Blah, the bow/Ranger damage isn`t THAT high to spend all your money for +5ing and up your bow (taking in mind most of us don`t have much money) nor buying one.
Just keep your Gbow+3 as it is, and giant with it. SERIOUSLY, learn from my mistakes and giant with your Ranger :3
Wait for Giant Mong (sucky drops but can drop GK) and Carrier (great drops) till you giant...and if you can, get your friend/yourself to FS you and HC the giant once you hunt (a party with a RM, even if you`re 65 and he`s 90, won`t lower the drops, only the EXP).
