Max damage, rangers definately should have the higher amount. But damage per second is gonna depend on how much a ranger spends, equips. I think in most cases, BJ usually outdamage rangers 1v1. 80% crit damage with 100% crit while a ranger 80% crit damage with 40% crit or whatever big difference.

I think if you have 60% crit for a ranger, things start to even out when you haev the ultimate bow, comparing a BJ (non-ultimate bow) and Ranger (with ultimate bow).
