1-Really can't answer this one. To me, all classes seem to go about the same speed except FS and AoE assists.
2-Rangers, are argueably one of the faster leveling classes
3-Jesters, more damage output
4-Rangers, up until 105, then you pretty much gotta make money to amp your Raze/Ranerz set, since there arent' very many rangers 105+
5-Rangers--The AoEing takes concentration, and requires that you input a lot more than just slapping a couple yoyos (or bow, if you're bow jester).
