well a level 120 ranger HERO would have like 360 points of dex, I'm not sure if thats 10 per 1% crit, but I'll assume. so thats 36% crit there plus the 21% from the 120 set, so thats 57% just in base stats.
We'll give him a near perfect pet with 70 dex adding 7% crit up to 64%, and we'll throw in a +10 ultimate bow with 5 diamond +dex giving 7% more crit, leaving you with 71%....so yea, you would deffinitly have to have awakenings with +crit% on them....and blessings
The only reason I think a ranger still might be better than a jester is because of base attack rate per dex for the bow. Rangers is higher I think which would make their normal(non +crit dmg) crits alot stronger than a jesters
