I must say, thank you for saying "in PVP."
I got really tired of people saying that Satanology should be nerfed to 20% in both PVM and PVP. Do that, and all high int psykeepers would be pretty angry since they can no longer level well...not that they did so in the first place. Nerfing it in PVP makes sense though.
As for your list, I agree with it. For knights though, I think the class as a whole needs a boost in order to do better in PVP.
