Well, actually, accuracy+haste of event buffs cover anything 9 DEX can do for a vagrant, and even without them, unless you hunt 8~10 levels higher (which only rich men hunt, and even then, they already should have some better buffs), you won`t miss that much.
And I find it funny that you write about the most expensive build of YJs and not on the cheap ones, but you write only about the cheapest build of BPs (and probably of any class in the game) and not about the Asal/AoE/full damage dealing ones.
Full STR YJ will require some VERY NICE equips, including a dexion+2, to hit 83% crit AND maximum damage. They are the slowest levelers till 60, because they`re simply weak by then, have no crits and only 2 attack patterns. Their weapons is weak too etc etc.
But if you have demols+12 and vigors+9, and you`re going with Swordcro until you get Cruiser, it solves it. After job change, they still level quite slow, but it`s way easier, and can match some other classes.

A hybrid can work if you choose any other class, not Acros. Why?
Well, first, Yoyos, and you said it, are the slowest levelers. Now, bows, at least pre-2nd job, aren`t that quick either (no crits, difficult AoE).
Both aren`t that amazing gianters on 1st job, and gianting is basically stupid at 1st job. That means, you don`t really have a reason to be hybrid cause both can`t make much money.
Now, take in mind that Rangers, solo Rangers, whatever class you want, never uses INT directly. That`s because they prefer power, so why a yoyo/bow/skilling bow would pick raising INT?
Alright, next. DEX. Bow, unlike other jobs, get only 3 attack points from each dex, which basically means, they`r weak if you cap your DEX at some point...and before 2nd job, honestly, they`re weak anyways. JA is nice, but if your other choice is not spending Arrows nor MP refs, i`d go for a yoyo build.
The point of 1v1ing as a bow user in Flyff is waiting for ultimate critrate+max ASPD+max hit rate solo OR waiting for AoEing. You don`t do any because you capped your dex.
And the last, STR. STR would never be effective if you don`t cap it at some point, or if you raise too much on the other stats...why do you think that most people don`t pick the XXX/30/93 build for YJs? :S
