Around 500k for the thunder card
Probably not more than 75-100k for the +2 cards?
Eggs sell for anywhere from 5k-100k. Typically I sell them for 50k and they will take a day or two to sell.
Miragle boots (lvl 30 green female boots) 125-250k, depending on how patient you are.
Entale Sword - 200k seems to be the going rate
Peny Wand - take the NPC cost and add 25-50% They are 'rare' but they aren't really that rare.
Same with the strad sword and pinsi staff
I'd be completely guessing on the elemental axe, so I'll leave that to someone smarter than I
