You should build it like this
STR:XXX
STA:20-40[i'd stay at 30 if I were you since your already there]
DEX:43 [Leave it at 43 for the 1st speed break]
INT:15[But 20 is fine too]
Try some demols12s and vigor9s to make up for the 5 pts you put on INT, again won't make much of a difference but ya you build is still salvagable =D
Once you get your DEX to 43 just pour on STR to infinity =]
As far as skills
19 stonehand[its the same as lvl 20 stonehand]
then max these skills in this order:
Heap
Haste
Cannon
Accry.
Beef
Cats
[Cats and Beef are interchangeable, it just has to do with preference...you don't NEED lvl 1 ress but its nice to have
