I never said in the sense that i deserved this. you know i'm done with arguing or explaining myself to you people. the shear fact of the matter is gala-net policy or not by law they must inform a consumer or account holder of actions taken against or on behalf or said user or consumer. enough is enough done over with some of yall are on my bad side already but hey nobodies perfect. at any rate i'll as i stated keep everyone appraised of my talk with gala-net over the phone once i call them.

Feeling frustrated is understandable, to an extent. The way you are handling the situation is rather irrational, however.
At this point I am just praying that this is a joke. Would you seriously waste your time, and more importantly that of some poor official at the BBB, simply because you weren't informed of a ban, which you yourself have admitted you deserved?
