First off, forum mods can't ban you from the game, only GMs can do stuff like that so you're not really "stating the facts", just assuming things and trying to put yourself in the right. If you were banned chances are you done something that violates the ToS
you agreed to so as stupid as the reason could be, you should of been more careful.

You may not be "being a baby" but you are being a little impatient , emails can take up to a week or more in some cases to be answered, my latest report took 6 days or so for example.
