Personally I skipped fire in first job lol. Earth -> Wind -> Water -> Lightning for me. o: Water was for pranksters and volts for me iirc.
I <3 Waterwell though. It's extremely useful if you have DMM/Cast time gear and decent enough int to 1-2hko someone in the arena. :>
