Well Im not sure about meat, but water vapor? That stuff probably will raise the humidty a bit, but what will that mean? Probably an increase in rainstorms. Don't know about the severity of said storms, but they may increase.

As for it being a greenhouse gas, it doesn't lock in heat like CO2 blankets the earth. Water vapor holds the heat in itself, and covers humans, making us feel hotter. But once it rains and mother nature makes up for the increase in vapour, the heat will be wiped off.
