Karishin, it'll probably show later on, especially for those who've dumped over 100 points in dex. Thing is, you can reach 100% aspd, decent crit rates, keep a decent hit rate and also an already high base damage with full str and minor shield awakenings, once your rm gets GT (or even before, if you stick with the G knuckle). At that level, it's hard to grind without an rm, even on contri parties, especially since your partners are most likely built to be supported by rms.
