All schools are starting to do this in a way. Almost every school has rules against this although some are rarely enforced. It seems that all schools are trying to become stricter and at the same time become chiller. It seems that all the time schools are trying to turn the school into a living hell, yet in the past school teachers could beat you in class and everything would be fine.
