Personally I don't feel that school is the place for PDoA. School in my opinion and the opinion of most parents I would presume is to teach our children facts and skills to prepare them for the real world. Yes I am sure most of you would say that "love" is a part of the real world and yes it is. However kids have a lot of learning to do before they are even ready for love and what love entails. When my kids are at school I want to know they are learning about Abraham Lincoln, the square root of 332,009,089,906 or the chemical makeup of ink. I don't want to think they are learning how to kiss, grope, poke, or touch anyone else. There is plenty of time after you are out of school to do all that. Get your education, then find your love.
