I've actually found people with that extra stamina (5x sta build) to use DEX rings o: .. and for me, I have a full dex ranger, and I'm using STA rings at the moment because she's not 75 yet. Since it varies from person to person, and from build to build, I decided to just write that it's "to each their own" for that reason x3 .. Some people prefer having a cushion, and others prefer to deal more damage.
But in theory, it would make sense for the full dex build to use arek rings and such :3

I don't see why not o: .. the only thing I would be cautious about is the "rage" mode for giants when they're near death. They can crit and hit pretty hard x___x;; .. BJs are better equipped because of their higher crit rate, and they most likely will have a higher upgraded cruiser set and GBow.. but since you have an RM, I think it will be okay o:
