Patience is just about the only thing you
can do, unfortunately. If you're on the Demian server, you can always whack them (as long as you can get away) or get a high leveled friend to get rid of them. Otherwise, there's really nothing you can do. People respond different.
Sometimes, if you yell profanity at people, they seem to pull the "lol noob" speech and run away. Sometimes that encourages them, and some will leave after prolongued lack of acknowledgement (ignoring them). Some insist that you move, and sometimes it's the best thing to do. It really depends x_x
